An incomplete copper alloy early post medieval dress hook or fastener dating from 1500 - 1650, Class E type 3. The main body of the dress hook is circular in shape. It is very worn but is likely to have a fleur de lis in the centre, surrounded by a raised circular border. The dress hook has openwork decoration, surrounding the central section is a border of continual openwork ovals. The edge of the dress hook has moulded projections running around the body. A fragment of a Roman copper alloy Colchester or Polden Hill type brooch dating to c. 1st century AD. The fragment consists of the head of the brooch, with the wings still in situ, these were C shaped in cross section. The bow of the brooch curves downwards from the head of the brooch, it is T shaped in cross section with a central ridge. The ridge becomes higher at the head of the brooch, with a ridge in the centre. At the top is a circular attachment loop.
