A complete Medieval copper-alloy two-piece book clasp of the pierced and hinged type (Howsam 2016, type A.1.1). The terminal element of the clasp has a convex D-shaped plate with a central perforation to fit over a peg on the opposing clasp element. One terminal is lost, the other remains and folds back on itself at right angles to the plane of the ring, forming what may be interpreted as zoomorphic horse heads, with stylised moulded features. The terminal is 6.1mm thick and 11.2mm long. The pin has been lost.

Each disc has raised borders with tinned surfaces surrounding a recessed central field, which on the surviving disc appears to have held enamel around a hole in the centre for a separate component, now lost. The reverse of the complete disc retains a small catchplate. The alloy has a high tin content.

An incomplete copper alloy Roman nail cleaner with High shoulders (Eckardt, H. and Crummy, N. 2008, 120, fig. 59 and Crummy 1983, Type 2a) dating from the 1st to 2nd century AD. The cleaner is leaf shaped and gently tapers from rounded shoulders to a bifurcated tip. The suspension loop is oval and incomplete and lies in the same plane as the body of the object. The body of the object is undecorated; the loop is decorated with a medial groove running around both sides.

An incomplete Medieval copper alloy single loop buckle frame with integral forked spacer, from a composite buckle. The frame is oval with bevelled edges and a pointed notched pin rest at the front. A copper-alloy Roman brooch of Colchester derivative Harlow type missing its pin. The head has two pierced lugs and small flat wings covering a coiled spring and an iron axis bar which runs through the lower pierced lug. The upper lug holds the spring chord. The spring is held asymmetrically on the head, with two coils on the left side and three coils with the pin on the other of the central lug. The bow is curved and narrow, with triangular cross section, ending in a point foot and an incomplete catch plate. Circa 50-70 AD.
