An incomplete medieval copper alloy single loop buckle, dating from c. AD 1250-1400. The buckle frame is D shaped, and D shaped in cross section. On the outer frame a single collared knop projects from the centre. The pin bar is recessed. The pin bar is oval in cross section. It has a dark green patina, and measures 23.6mm in length, 15.1mm in width, and 2.91g in weight. A similar buckle can be seen in Whitehead 1996, page 21 number 85.

A Medieval to post-Medieval iron rotary key, dating to c. AD 1300-1750. The bow is D shaped, with the shoulders rounded. The shank of the key projects into the bow with two triangular projections and a notch in the centre. This is full of iron staining. Below the shoulders is a widened cylindrical collar, the shank is narrower and circular in cross section.  The bit is in two sections, which are the shape of two back-to-back, 'S-shaped' sides, separated from each other by an 'I-shaped' cleft.The key is a brown red colour, and is fragile from corrosion. …

An incomplete copper alloy medieval annular brooch, dating from c. AD 1350- 1400. The brooch is a flat circular hoop, with eight globular projections regularly spaced on the face of the brooch. The frame narrows between two of the projections, where the pin would have sat. This is now missing. On the opposite edge of the narrow section is a circular recess. The reverse is undecorated, and there are patches of white metal coating. The brooch has a light green patina, and measures 40.1mm by 39.5mm, 5.9mm in maximum thickness, and weighs 13.38g.

A medieval cast copper alloy single loop buckle dating to c. AD1300-1400. The buckle loop is D shaped, with a wider outer frame. This is decorated with moulded scrolled pattern. The pin bar is narrowed and offset, the pin is a single piece of copper alloy wrapped around the bar. It narrows to a rounded point, and has a light green patina. The buckle frame is a light brown colour with patches of darker red brown. The surface is very worn. It measures 26.9mm in length, 19.9mm in width, and weighs 5.59g.  Similar buckles can be seen in Whitehead 1996, page 20, numbers 66-68.

An incomplete copper alloy D shaped medieval single loop buckle dating to AD 1350-1400. The pin is missing. The loop of the buckle projects out in an arch shape from the pin bar, which is recessed. The outer loop has moulded decoration projecting out from the centre, with rounded knop projections at each end with five grooves running across the loop in between the knops in a recess. The inside of the loop is bevelled. The buckle has a dark green patina, and measures 22.7mm in length, 22.6mm in width, and weighs 4.56g. A similar buckle can be seen in Egan and Pritchard 1991, …

A fragment of a medieval -Post medieval cast copper alloy vessel leg dating to c. AD 1300-1700. The leg is shaped like a boot, with a rounded toe. It leans back slightly, and has a flat back or inside leg. There is a groove running around where the foot meets the leg. The foot is slightly wider than the leg. The leg is triangular in cross section, with rounded corners. The leg ends at the top in a worn break. It has a mid green patina, and measures 43.8mm in height, 23.1mm in maximum width, 13.6mm in maximum thickness, and weighs 49g.

A complete lead alloy medieval ampulla, dating from 1350-1530 AD. The ampulla has a rounded chamber, which narrows at the neck then widens to the opening, this part is trapezoidal in shape. An incomplete copper alloy medieval barrel lock dating from AD 1100 -1600. The lock is rectangular in shape, but projects out on both long edges in a rounded shape. The surface is decorated with incised lines running along the edges, and down the centre. At one end there is a circular perforation which is broken and worn on the outer edge. On the opposite side there is a rectangular projection that sits at 90 degrees, this has a circular perforation through it. A very worn copper alloy medieval harness pendant, dating from AD 1200-1400. The harness pendant is shield shaped, with three raised lines running diagonally from the top left to the bottom right of the shield, dividing it in two. In the bottom left section there appears to be at least two lions standing upright. It isn't clear what is in the top right section, which contains traces of a red enamel. An complete medieval lead seal matrix dating from 1400-1500. The seal is circular in shape, it has been folded over slightly and is distorted. At the top of the matrix is the remains of the attachment projecting outwards, it is sub circular in shape and has a small break. In the centre of the seal matrix is a cross surrounded by a circular border. Running around this is the inscription, this is illegible. The lead of the seal matrix is porous, and has a rough surface. The seal matrix is 28.1mm in length, 23.1mm in width, 3.2mm in thickness and weighs 13.75g.
