A worn and pitted copper alloy traders token’ 20mm in diameter. The words ‘HIS HALFE PENNY’ and three stars are enclosed in a border inscribed ‘…OF BUCKINGHAM’. The reverse has in the centre, ‘R’, an illegible word with ‘I F’. The border inscription where legible reads ‘ IOHN RENNALS…..’
