A complete copper alloy Mount of Post-Medieval to Modern date (AD 1700-1900). The object is composed of a circular central plate with four, evenly spaced, circular attachment loops. The back of the plate is slight concave while the upper is slightly convex. The central plate is decorated with a raise moulded design depicting a bust facing right in a classical style. The metal is might green in colour with a slightly pitted patina. An oval neoclassical intaglio of late 18th-19th century date which is held in an oval copper alloy frame, 24.9mm in length. The intaglio is orange and banded and made from a thin polished slice of a silicate mineral such chalcedony or agate (or perhaps a synthetic imitation such as glass / paste). The gem has a carved image of a young male bust wearing a radiate crown. The frame has traces of gilding and expands towards the front; there are no fixings aside from a strump of a lug or loop at the top of the rear part of the frame.

A hoard of 50 1oz South African Krugerrand gold coins struck by the Rand Refinery in Germistone, South Africa and comprised of 48 coins minted in 1974 (bags 1-48) and 2 coins minted in 1975 (bags 49-50).  The hoard was discovered during the 2020 Coronavirus lockdown and remained with finder until 07/10/2020 due to social distancing restrictions.  The coins were divided between two white plastic coin tubes, one wrapped in a small white towel with pink edging and secured with an elastic band, the other wrapped in an NS&I envelop and pages from a magazin…

A copper-alloy toy coin of modern date. The obverse reads H. R. H. ALBERT. P.W. around a central left-facing profile bust. The reverse reads 12 PENCE MAKE 1 SHILLING. This particular toy coin probably dates between 1841 and 1850. It cannot be earlier than the creation of Prince Albert Edward (later Edward VII) as Prince of Wales in December 1841, and may have been produced to commemorate this event. See also PUBLIC-71F01C.

An incomplete wrought iron object, of probable Late Post Medieval to Modern dating (1700 - 1900 AD), of uncertain use and function. The object consists of a rectangular sectioned tang, with an incomplete sheet of iron (now triangular in shape) riveted to the end with two circular rivets. It measures 108.08mm in length. 36.82mm wide and 9.20mm thick. It weighs 33.2 grams.

Part of an iron lever with a forked end (broken). The lever has a slightly curved handle with a knobbed end. Near the forked end of the handle are two semi-circular plates with a circular rivet through them for attachment to another object. The lever appears to have pivoted on this attachment. There is a short section of straight handle after this point before the lever forms a square, branched terminal. The ends of this appear to be broken.
