A complete lead alloy medieval ampulla, dating from 1350-1530 AD. The ampulla has a rounded chamber, which narrows at the neck then widens to the opening, this part is trapezoidal in shape. The centre of the ampulla has been pressed together at the neck and opening.  The two sides at the opening end are pressed together and creased slightly, there is one v shaped crack.  Either side of the neck is a suspension loop or side-lug, these are oval in shape and are thin pieces of lead that are curved round to create the loop. An complete medieval lead seal matrix dating from 1400-1500. The seal is circular in shape, it has been folded over slightly and is distorted. At the top of the matrix is the remains of the attachment projecting outwards, it is sub circular in shape and has a small break. In the centre of the seal matrix is a cross surrounded by a circular border. Running around this is the inscription, this is illegible. The lead of the seal matrix is porous, and has a rough surface. The seal matrix is 28.1mm in length, 23.1mm in width, 3.2mm in thickness and weighs 13.75g.

A complete lead Weight of Medieval date (AD 1200-1550). The object is plano-convex in section and sub-circular in plan. The object has an upper, worn, circular perforation. Below the perforation is an integral decoration composed of raised pellets, two pairs flanking the perforation and one within the lower portion of the object placed centrally below the perforation. A complete medieval lead circular seal matrix dating between 1200 - 1350. The front of the matrix comprises a central design of an incised 8 pointed star within a circular border dividing it from the legend. Around this is engraved the inscription which is unclear. There is a fold at the bottom of the matrix. The back is flat and plain other than an incomplete suspension lug likely snapping across the pierced suspension loop. The seal matrix measures: 30mm in diameter, 2mm thick, and weighs 13.6 grams.

A complete lead alloy medieval ampulla dating from about AD 1300-1500. The ampulla is flask-shaped and damaged on one side and at the neck.Both loops are present but distorted. One face of the body is obscured. The other side has a crescent filled with a raised lattice pattern. This style of ampulla usually dates from the 14th to early 16thcenturies (Spencer 1990:57-62). A complete cast lead seal matrix. Circular, with a suspension loop projecting from the edge, the reverse of the matrix is undecorated. The front of the matrix has engraved into it, in reverse: + S': ROBERTI FL'[ ]. Unusually, the inscription begins opposite the suspension loop, not next to it. A cast lead medieval badge with a design consisting of a stylised face with raised features, surrounded by a border of encircled pellets. The 19.36mm long pin on the reverse was cast flat, in one with the main part of the badge and folded back. There are traces of a possible suspension loop at the top of the badge.

Flat lead pointed-oval seal matrix with pierced lug on the reverse. Fleur de lis device in centre. Inscription set between plain lines reads + S' AGNET' FRANKL' (Seal of Agnes Franklin). There is a small pierced lug on the reverse at the top corner. A franklin is a free man or woman.

Medieval to Post Medieval cast lead circular unifaced token (1250-1650 AD). The token has a design of severn randomly spaced raised pellets on the obverse and a flat, undecorated reverse. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally; they are therefore hard to date precisely.

A worn and corroded lead papal bulla of Gregory IX, AD 1227-1241. The obverse bears an image in relief of the inward-facing heads of St. Peter and St. Paul. The bearded heads of the two saints are contained within pellet borders; a further pellet border marks the edge of the obverse. At the top of the obverse are the letters: 'SP[A SPE]' - for St. Paul and St. Peter respectively. The reverse also has a beaded outer border and bears the letters: 'GRE/GORIVS./PP:VIII.' A fragment of a Medieval lead spindlewhorl, biconvex in section. The outer surface is decorated with a pattern of zig-zags with pellets between, within bands running around the circumference. One half has one band containing two pellets in each triangular segment and the other half has two bands of decoration with one pellet in each triangular segement. The whorl was pierced with a circular hole.

A cut fragment of a lead seal matrix. The matrix is circular in shape and has lettering in a linear border around a central circle, that appears to read RICHA[...] (probably Richard). The motif within the central circle is not clear from the amount that survives. The matrix appears to have been deliberately cut, with slightly less than half remaining. A lead papal bulla, used as a seal on official documents from the Pope Gregory XI in Avignon (1370 to 1378). The bulla is circular with the inscription on each side within a beaded border. A lead or lead-alloy pilgrim's ampulla of probable mid 14th to early 16th century AD date. The object is bag-shaped and has become squashed but is otherwise intact. On each side, at the point where the trapezoidal upper section joins the circular bottom section is a small loop handle. On one side of the object the circular lower half is decorated with the raised design of a (possibly) crowned heart filled with closely-spaced lattice work.
