An incomplete copper-alloy Rosette/Thistle brooch of Late Iron Age to Romano-British date. The brooch has a date range of c.25-60 AD. The brooch seems to have been formed of one piece. The wings of the brooch have an incomplete length of 20.55mm and are formed of metal 1.18mm thick. The upper and lower edge of the wings curved over to form a cylinder that would originally have contained the spring.
