It is either an Edward II cf5b or an 11b1 due to the closed angular E on the obverse and C and the straight sided I on the reverse. It is possible to make out the start of CIVITAS on the reverse so the mint is either London or Canterbury. The full obverse legend is EDWA R ANGL DNS HYB. Dates to between 1309 and c1314.
Length 19mm, width 10mm, and weighs 1.28g.

Reverse of long cross pattee with three pellets in corners; [.......]SICI. Part of the coin has broken post-retrieval and is now missing. The coin is 16.31mm in diameter, 0.72mm in thickness and weighs 0.68g.
