A copper-alloy token dating from late the 18th or early 19th century. It is very worn and the exact date of the token can no longer be made out. However, although corroded one can see that the obverse depicts a hooded bust facing left which is meant to be a druid. The bust is surrounded by a laureate leaf design around the circumference of the coin. The reverse depicts the (very worn) scrolling letters PMC, which stands for the Parys Mine Company. Late Post Medieval to Early Modern copper alloy trade prenny token. It is milled and circular in plan. The obverse has a beaded border. Within this is a wreath and the inscription 1D. The reverse has a beaded border and a central image of a coach drawn by horses, around which is the inscription COACH & HORSES / PERCY ST. / PRESTON Further information about the Coach and Horses can be found at PRESTON'S INNS, TAVERNS and BEERHOUSES The token dates to between c1840 and 1907 AD. The diameter 23.5mm, thickness 1mm, and the weight is 2.76g.

A lead possible token probably dating from the Medieval or Post Medieval periods, about AD 1200 - 1800. It may fit into Powell type 16/28. The object is a thin disc of lead. One side is impressed with a border circle made from a zigzag line which was probably rouletted, so-called wigglework or rocker arm decoration. On the other face, there are two crossed similar rouletted lines dividing the face of the token into quarters.
