Cast copper alloy ring. Circular in section. It is difficult to date and to assume the function of these copper alloy rings except for saying that they were Medieval to Modern in date and used as either waist belt loops for hanging items like purses from or as harness rings. This example is largely worn and rounded although one side of the hoop still demonstrates a sharp angled edge.

Late 15th or early 16th century silver-gilt ring with much of the gilding worn off. The engraving is very crude. The hoop has spiralled bands enclosing either a geometrical pattern or imitation letters, defined by the hatching or more commonly by the spaces between the hatching. One side of the bezel depicts a figure which at first sight appears to be a naked female - possibly Eve? It may be a figure holding something pressed to their abdomen and chest, such as Saint Barbara holding a tower or another saint holding the emblem of martyrdom. Either side of this two figures rather crudely drawn: on the left, a young man in profile facing right, clean shaven and with jaw-length curled hair and on the right, a rather long head of a woman in profile facing left, no real details visible. Triangular lead object, possibly for decorative purposes (part of decorative frame?). It is of white colour with the original surface shining through in silver. It seems as if it could have been part of a larger object, e.g. it could have been one point of the Star of David. The individual arms are hightly decorated with zigzag lines and angular as well as round mouldings. Parts have been broken off at the three points.

Copper alloy Sword-belt fitting, consisting of a highly domed oval plate witha terminal at either end. The upper terminal is rounded and knoppped and there is a transverse moulding between it and the oval dome. The dome is plain, and has a hollow reverse. There is a larger transverse moulding at the opposite end, which is decorated with a broad groove, this leads to a hook.

Lead Biconical spindle whorl, dating to the medieval period. Both faces are decorated with 8 parrel lines, which have a cross in between and two dotes on either side of the cross. Some of the paterning in difficult to see due to corrosion. The spindle whorl is 29 mm in diameter with a central hole of 11 mm.

Copper alloy horse harness fitting. The body of the fitting is lozenge shaped, with a central floral design, with eight petals. On the four sides of the lozenge shape have knops. On this central body area some of the original gold gilding survives. Above on the the points on the lozenge shape is a narrow bar withis grooved and has a remaining suspension loop.
