A sub-square lead alloy gaming piece, token or possible weight. It is rhomboid in shape although it was probably intended to be square. At each corner is an upstanding 'knop' cutting the diagonal of the corner to about a quarter of its length. Running across the face from these are two parallel lines etched into the lead alloy. The bottom of the artefact is flat, it has an even mid grey patina.

A circular copper alloy livery button that with the remains of silver plating. It has the initials LV set in a representation of the Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order - an eight pointed star formed of parallel lines of varying lengths. A crown is set in the top of this.

A barbed and tanged arrowhead, formed by knapping. It is made of a pale semi- transluscent flint with some inclusions. It is slightly flatter on one side then the other, and the tip of one of the barbs is missing. Having been found near a beach it has been worn so no sharp edge remains, but the shape is consistent. Arrowheads such as these, see also NMGW-24C12C, are classified as Sutton Type B (Green 1980) are commonly associated with the emergence of the Beaker phenomenon in Britain.

A crucifix pendant with the hanging link. The cross is formed of a square sections, creating a cross shaped box. The front and back faces are slightly inset into this. On the front is the figure of Christ, clothed in a lion cloth, head hanging to the right with the left leg slightly flexed. A cast lead alloy cat. It is a plump, contented cat in the seated position. The back of the model is quite crude although the features of the hip and leg are present, but the face is well moulded. It has been painted yellow. It seems to be a bred, domesticated cat and this is therefore probably a model of a twentieth century cat. The finder notes that the base is possibly damaged and it may have sat on a platform of some sort.

A copper alloy and gemstone seal matrix. The copper alloy frame is oval in plan and semicircular in section. The face has two parallel lines around the frame as decoration. The shoulder of the frame is decorated with oblique lines. Above this frame are two semicircular hoops. These are split, forming four arms which are monted on the frame with circular rolls. A copper alloy candle snuffer. It is conical with a thickened section around the base and it has a knop on the top. A square hole in the side would indiate where the handle fitted. The other side is split, probably along the site where the sheet metal was joined. Similar candle snuffers on the database are NLM-24D116 and YORYM-19CA39, with an overall date range of 1650-1850

Two copper alloy possible polyhedral weight. They are basically a cylindrical shape but are faceted unevenly on all sides. All of the faces have a pattern of parallel lines on them. Their weight fits neither the Scandinavian nor Dublin Viking unit weight systems, inspite of this similar shaped weights have been found at various sites of the Viking Great Army camps, see Hadley and Richards (2021) and British Museum accession number 2006.1203.104, dated to 9th century AD. A probable scoop for cosmetic or toilet use. The material is uncertain but is probably lead alloy. It is formed of a short remnant of the shaft, which is triangular in section, the back being flat and the front having a ridge down the centre. It terminates in a wider, flattened circular section which is half the thickness of the shaft, and would scoop a small amount of power or similar. Like SWYOR-BFF380, there is not enough diagnostic material remaining to date but it may be Roman in period.

An incomplete fragment of a copper-alloy cast flat axehead of Bronze Age date. Only approximately a quarter of the head remains, and it is undecorated. It has an even green patina, and some pitting
Dimensions: It is 67.47mm in width. At the blade tip it is 60.60 in length and 42.52 at the narrowest point. It is 8.98mm in thickness and reduces to 2.96mm at the blade. It weighs 150.15g.

A medieval copper alloy pin head. It is in the form of a facetted cube with rounded corners, with an narrowing extension underneath which must have then formed the pin, which is missing. The faces are decorated with varying numbers of impressed dots. One face has one dot on the cube and one on the extension, another (turning the artefact clockwise) two on the cube only, the next one and two under, the final face one and two under. One face aslo has a mould line which may be deliberate as it passes between the two dots, but this is not proven.
