Cast lead alloy token dating from the medieval or post-medieval, possibly the 15th-17th century AD. It is a circular uniface lead token with a plain reverse and a possibly inscribed obverse. The obverse is divided by a long cross into four quarters and there is a symbol or letter in each quarter. Depending on whether the X can be read as the letter X or the initial cross (+), two variants can be suggested: WPAX or +WPA. Prof. Elisabeth Okasha suggests that there are two likely possibilities. Almost complete cast cu-alloy two-part trebuchet or tumbrel-type folding coin balance dating from the medieval period, i.e. c. AD1200-1500. This type of balance for weighing individual coins was formed from two arms, which pivot in the middle allowing the balance to be opened into a cross shape to be used, or folded flat for storage (see attached image). There are six equidistant cross hatched knops surmounting the frame which is rounded on the front and flat on the back. Head of a copper alloy 8th century Anglo-Saxon pin, probably part of a triple, or double, pin set. The head and part of the shank survive in very good condition with hardly any corrosion or bronze disease present on the surface, except in the centre of the obverse where corrosion started in the crevices of the decoration. The axe is complete and in good condition except for the missing loop and misshaped mouth which are, however, casting flaws and not signs of prehistoric damage. An extremely rare and important Chalcolithic tanged copper dagger dated by XREF analysis to the early Bronze Age 2400 -2,100BC. Most examples occur in early Beaker 'classic' grave assemblages associated with low-carinated Beakers, wrist guards, etc. The dagger is composed of a blade and hilt plate and there is no obvious break at the end of the hilt plate. The hilt plate would have been of organic material, probably wood, horn or antler. The blade is roughly triangular-shaped and tapers towards the tip.
