Unusual lead alloy mount of unknown date and period it appears to be in the form a medal decorated with a swastika. The stamped cross is more consistent with a later Medieval style, suggesting it dates to the 12th to 16th Centuries AD. The pendant is a mid grey in colour, with an even surface patina. A direct parallel for this find has not been located at the time of recording. Ingot of an undetermined white metal, shaped with many hammer blows. It is of unknown age. The ingot is as it came out of the ground and has not been tarnished by the soil.It is heavy enough to be electrum but there is no yellow to its colour. Another similar object has been found nearby. A lead throwing die of unknown date. The die is cuboid in shape, with six sides. The holes have been drilled and the sides have not been organised in the standard 'seven' system, where the total of the holes on opposing sides add up to seven. 1 is opposite 3, 2 is opposite 4, 5 is opposite 6. The die is dark brownish white in colour. Abrasion, caused by movement whilst within the plough soil, has resulted in a loss of some of the original surface detail. A probable piece of cast copper alloy waste; a casting well of unknown date. The remnant would have been from the funnel shaped neck of a mould. Consequently, the waste itself is funnel shaped, sub-conical, with an oval, uneven top surface, and tapering towards a broken runner or sprue 'foot'. There is a second runner, perhaps leading to the next mould, projecting to the side. The object is 22.7mm long, 9.7mm high, 16.8mm wide and weighs 7g. It has a grey green patina. Two amorphic piece of copper alloy slag. Found in an area with Bronze Age and Roman artefacts. The surface is characterised by lumps and hollows and has a tin element is indicated relating to bronze working. The slag has a good deep green patina, similar to that seen on some local Bronze Age metalwork, so it may date from this period. An assemblage of eleven copper alloy band or strap fragments, possibly from a stave built bucket. From the fragments it has been possible to adduce that at least some of the straps were originally 66mm wide, attached by rivets of pegs through perforations approximately 3mm in diameter, and probably originally reactangular in plan. There are no diagnostic features that can allow a reliable dating. The fragments could date to anytime from the Bronze Age to the Post Medieval. Suggested date range c2350 BC to c1850 AD Total weight of fragments is 68.23g.

Cast blade of an iron axe, the socket end is missing from an old break and the blade is highly corroded. It is rectangular in cross section and triangular in plan. It is quite a small axe and very thick, 22.34mm. Axes do not change a great deal between the Roman and Modern periods and features that can suggest more precise dating, such as the socket shape and the way the blade joins the socket, are missing in this example.
