An incomplete cast copper alloy Romano-British one-piece Colchester type brooch. Behind the flat rectangular wings is a copper alloy spring with four surviving coils. The other half of the coils and the pin are missing. On top of the head is a forward facing hook to secure the spring. The plain bow is hexagonal in section and tapers to a plain pointed foot. Cast lead figurine dating from the Roman to the Medieval period. The figure is cast in one piece and is relatively crude in both shape and design. Large Romano-British button and loop fastener of the double-headed variant. Ring, plano-convex in section, single incised line circumscribes edge towards back. Symmetrically opposed moulded ridges with inscribed circles either side produce two zoomorphic 'faces' on the ring. Shank is split with terminating rectangular plate behind which is a strap-bar. The rectangular plate is decorated on its front upper edge with a meander pattern, the bottom edge has a single incised line.

A rectangular bit then turns a right angle at the end of the stem. The bit contains one rectangular cleft which can be seen from the end of the key. Two grooves decorate the stem of the key, and there are two grooves on the outer face of the bit.
