A cast copper alloy fob dangler of late Iron Age date (100BC - AD 80). The object can be divided into three components. The first being an openwork disc with a pierced decoration of openwork removals in order to delineate the form of a triskelle. The second component is a central raised boss (probably a rivet) surrounded by three openwork loops possibly in the form of a flower. The last component joins the disc is to three parallel curvilinear shanks forming a cradle joining an attachment loop at the top. Cast copper alloy 'fob' or 'dangler' (harness fitting or bridle fitting) dating to the Late Iron Age or early Roman period, that is the 1st century BC - 1st century AD. The object is an openwork circular disc with a projecting circular ring attachment or loop attaching the fob/dangler to the bridle. The design of the openwork disc is a broken triskele with a deep groove on the obverse of each arm. It is in good condition despite the breaks
