Probably a late medieval forgery of a silver penny of Henry V (AD1413-1422) or Henry VI (AD1422-61; 1470-71) dating from the 15th century. York ecclesiastical mint. Legend is incoherent and blundered. The marks next to the crown indicate a copy of Henry V issue but the annulet and trefoil stops in the legend are of Henry VI and it is possible the forger could have taken the marks of existing coins still in circulation and just copied them all onto this coin.
Possibly some copper corrosion on the reverse as well.
