I think this is a really rubbish penny of Edwardf IV, 1480-83, Spink 2134 EDWARDVS REX ANGL' and CIVITAS EBORACI, minted in York North 1654, probably: minted under Archbishop Thomas Rotheram; crowned bust facing with T and key by bust The diameter is 19mm.
