Elongated leaf shape, hinged lid terminating in knob. Inner design leaf/heart, V shaped in centre rather than roundel. Champlevee enamel, orange in centre recess, uncertain (yellow?) outer with roundel projected inwards from proximal. Hinge broken, but v.g.c..

Single petal central boss. Crude, casting spurs either side central boss. Denuded dark brown, uneven surface. Some brassy colour showing through. Appears abraded. Hinged long pin attached where strap loop would have been, brassy colour, much more modern than piece. Re-used this century.

An incomplete copper-alloy shoe or clog clasp of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1700 - 1900. The clasp is rectangular in plan with parallel sides and rounded corners. Two smaller rectangular plates project from the centre of the two shortest end, both terminating in worn breaks. The front of the main plat is decorated with a border of wriggle work. The reverse is undecorated. The metal has a dark brown patina and is worn. The clasp is 19.2mm long, 12mm wide, 1.4mm thick and weighs 1.4g.

An incomplete copper-alloy zoomorphic (bovine) mount of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1700 - 1900. The head is cast three dimensionally. It has a sub-triangular shape with U-shaped section due to the concave reverse. The front is elaborately decorated with wavering lines, likely representing long hair, a raised flattened snout, and scrolled ears of horns to either side of a break at the top. The metal has a dark grey patina and is worn. The mount is 35.5mm long, 42mm wide, 3.6mm wide and weighs 12.6g. Angie Bolton, FLO for Warwickshire & Worcestershire, has studied Iron Age to Roman …

Stone axehead, very rough feel to surface. Extremely well worked given the hardness of the rock. Slightly expanded mid section, very narrow pointed butt end. Curving, rounded blade end, blade quite sharp-used. Complete. Regular, diminishing, lentoid section. Green and black granulated surface. Igneous, intrusive, very granular, hard rock, probably picrite. Maximum width 54.7mm, minimum width 10.5mm at butt end.
