Copper alloy handle from the lid of a vessel, or box. The handle is in the shape of a greyhound which is standing upright on a flat oval base. From this base are the remains of the shaft, which would have joined the handle to the vessel or box. This object dates to the post medieval period, possibly 18th or 19th century in design.

Late Medieval to early Post Medieval cast copper alloy trade weight holder. The box is for a set of small weights. The lid is decorated with annulets and concentric rings. The circular box's outwardly sloping sides have four ribs, evenly spaced, and two thicker hollow ribs for the hinge and latch. The interior and base are plain. Many of these weight sets were also made in Nuremburg in the Early Post-Medieval period. Dates to between c1400 and c1600 AD. The length is 51mm, the width is 36mm, and the thickness is 20mm.
