Four disc lead seal, traces of gilding. One of the main discs has a wheel-like device with a crown and a series of initials between the spokes - H A e Ca [R]. The other main disc has suffered more corrosion but shows a shield and probably a version of the company's heraldry - the arms of England and Scotland joined together and with a fish to the right at the top, all over a large globe.

Circular lead cloth seal, post medieval in date. Some fabric still attached.One face bears the number 22 in the center. The other face is a smaller disc and printed on it is possibly an 'M' inside an outline shaped like a D on its side, with the flat side at the top.

Late Medieval lead seal, of cloth seal form. One end disc is provided with a rivet and the other holed. The two discs are joined to the each other by a means of a thin connecting strip of metal. The seal has been folded over, but no cloth survives between the two discs. The imprint of the seal shows the year 1652 or 1659 and root vegetables (turnips or radishes). The obverse inscription reads 'GARTNER D C S V (?) [?]' and it is likely that this seal was attached to a sack or bag of vegetables.

Cast lead seal of cloth seal type with a central hole. Shows evidence of being bent in the middle. Late Medieval/Early Post-Medieval in date. Only one half of the seal remains but a segment of the lead strap which would have connected the other half - the riveted lead disc - is visible. The hole in this remaining half would have accomodated the connecting rivet. None of the cloth survives. The decoration on the seal is weak and worn. An incomplete lead-alloy two-disc alnage/subsidy cloth or bag seal, of probable medieval to post-medieval date. A two part seal joined by a folded integral tab. On one face is a moulded sun face with wavy rays framing it, any legend which once was present is no longer visible or legible. There appears to be no surviving design in relief on the reverse disc. Compare: NMS-BF8557 It measures XXmm in diameter, XXmm in thickness, and weighs 7.2g.
