A lead alloy musket ball dating from the Post-Medieval period, AD 1600 - 1850. It is 20.5mm in diameter and weighs 29.02gm. It has a dark cream coloured patina but is otherwise unmarked. A lead alloy (pewter) cup of uncertain function, perhaps from a candle holder with detachable candle sockets dating from the Post Medieval period. The object is a cylindrical cup with a flaring rim, a circumferential prominent rib round the base of the upper sides, and having rounded, convex lower sides. From the base of the holder projects a narrow spout with concave sides, also circular in section. This has a thickened rim and there is no base. An incomplete copper alloy, double looped, asymmetrical buckle dating from the Post-Medieval period, about AD 1575 - 1700. The frame has one trapezoidal and one D shaped loop. The underside of the D shaped loop is slightly hollowed out. The frame is decorated with a knop at each end of the bar. There is a scroll pattern on each side of a large central flower on the outer edge of the D shaped loop. The pin is missing. The buckle has a brown patina. The frame has two oval loops with angled outer edges and a small, rounded indentation at each end of the strap bar (probably a poorly cast aperture). An incomplete Post Medieval copper alloy double loop buckle frame missing most of one loop, its pin and plate and dating from AD 1550 - 1650. The strap bar is narrowed with a scallop-shell or tri-lobed shaped knop at either end, the shape emphasised by radiating raised lines. A medieval to post-medieval lead spindle whorl dating to about AD 1450 - 1550. It is of Walton Rogers form C2, and is bi-conical with a thick median band. It is overall dark grey in colour and both sides are heavily decorated. A broken copper alloy fixture or fitting probably of the post medieval period, AD 1500 - 1900. It comprises a bar of D shaped cross-section which is broken at one end. At the other end it bends backwards into a loop with the end of the bar butting against the back of the bar. The bar tapers towards the loop. It is undecorated with a green and brown patina. Dimensions are length 74.2mm; width 12.6mm; thickness 3.7mm; weight 23.53g. The function of this object is uncertain but it appears to be some type of fixture or fitting, perhaps a window hinge or the end of a tool handle or implement.
