A complete copper alloy two piece buckle. It consists of a frame, spindle, pin and another plate with two forks. The frame is undecorated but widens at the top bottom and sides which offers some shape. The spindle is iron and the points at which it enters the frame can be clearly seen. The pin is a wide triangle narrowing to a point and the forks bend towards the outside of the frame. The buckle is curved backwards with the spindle as the high point. One half of a cast copper alloy (brass) interlocking buckle set. It has a rectangular plate and off one of the long sides of this, a smaller rectangular plate is cast in at 90 degress to the first plate. A two piece buckle. A copper alloy two piece buckle, sub rectangular in shape. The frame has ben drilled to fix the central spindle, neither the chape or the pin is present. It is curved so is perhaps a shoe buckle. The frame is decorated with moulded in lines perpendicular to the frame on the long edges and forming a triangular shape on the short edges. The buckle is sub rectangular in shape, the chape mount bar being straight while the rest of the frame is thicker and with a extended 'bulge' in the centre for the pin rest. The spindle is located halfway along the longer side, and the pin is present. Two piece copper alloy shoe buckle. A rectangular two piece copper alloy buckle with the pin in place. Although corroded together with the oin plate, the plate for the spikes is present with part of the spikes also seen. The frame is bowed to fit the foot and the corners are 'swollen'. This, and the small size of the buckle, is typical of buckles dated to c. 1690-1720 (Whitehead 2023, 97). The frame has a feature line moulded into it, around the inside of the frame.

The buckle is sub rectangular in shape with a wide bar on which the pin rest is evident. There appears to be no decoration. Copper alloy buckle. Curved, two piece buckle mouded in copper alloy. The spindle and pin are present but are in two pieces, although the place where they were fitted to the buckle can still be seen on the rear. The face of the buckle has quite an elaborate floral and scroll pattern present, with a roundel on each corner which is also decorated inside with flowers. An incomplete copper alloy buckle and hollow plate. A one piece moulding forms the loop and the front of the plate, another moulding is attached to form the underplate. The loop is non-symmetrical ovoid in plan, flattening along both long sides and has a 'frame' moulded in all the way around, but not at the plate. Medieval copper alloy asymmetrical double loop sub-oval buckle. It consists of an oval main loop with a pin notch on the outer lip, and a rectangular strap loop. The pin is absent. Similar in overall form to Whitehead's 538 and 539 (Whitehead, 1996, p87). Dates from between c1350 and c1450. The length is 40mm, width 39mm thickness 2mm, and the weight 7.03g.
