Possibly a Post Medieval lead alloy forged coin or perhaps a weight. It may be a lead alloy core that originally had a coating to give it the impression of a higher value silver or gold coin. For example ryals, triple unites, five pounds, half-crowns etc. would be the same diameter though most would be somewhat lighter. Possibly dates to between c1583 and c1850 AD. The diameter is 34mm and weight is 27.24g.

Lead uniface token 1700 to 1900 AD that has been bent into an S-shape and it is thought that this modification of coins was to create love tokens. Often the love tokens are made from a silver denomination as it was popular to turn coins (usually sixpences) into 'love tokens' as a keepsake.The coins were deliberately bent in a superstitious, religious, or devotional ritual. The devotional practice is believed to have gained popularity in post-reformation Elizabethan England and continued in to the 19th century.
