A silver medallion, possibly issued by a Church group. It is round with an elaborate, partially openwork pattern around the edge, composed of fleur-de-lys and art deco style divided triangles. The suspension loop is still in place. The solid circular centre is engraved with initials, possibly CEH. The rear is plain except for lettering - firstly WCSSC, which presumably are the initials of the body that awarded the medallion. It is hallmarked with an anchor, lion and a date mark of x or z. This is the mark for Birmingham for either 1922/3 or 1924/5, which would …

Treasure case 2022 T1058
Description:
A mostly complete silver gilt cross pendant dating to the medieval period (c.AD 1200-1350).
The pendant is formed of an equal armed cross with a pendant loop at the top. The arms of the cross are circular in section and terminate with flat, blunt ends. Just before the ends of each arm is a rounded collar that encompasses the entire arm diameter; the collar is decorated with irregular incised stippling. In the centre of the cross is a raised empty cell, presumably to retain a stone that is now missing. The cell is surrounded by four of the s…

Medieval to Post Medieval silver disc, probably an element of a composite pendant reliquary. It is circular in plan, the inner face is shallowly convex and the engraved outer face is slightly concave. The crudely incised engraving on the outer face presumably depicts the Lamb of God within a circumferal border. The outer face appears 'washed' with a brassy yellow finish, probably gold or a gold alloy. There is also some of this gold coating around the circumference of the rear face. In places there are the remnants of rolled edge on the rear face. …

Part of a silver cruciform pendant. The bottom part is missing. One face is decorated with a variety of incised patterns and what look like tools. The other face is decorated again with some incised patterns and shapes and there is also and inscription running from bottom to top. The letters present are '...OMISE'. There is possibly an 'I' after the 'E' but this may actually be a line forming the edge of the suspension loop.
( The length given below is measured from the top of the suspension loop to the broken edge.)
