An incomplete Medieval lead vesica shaped seal matrix dating to c.1200-1400.
Approximately half of the seal remains, comprising of a pointed oval flat plate, with a raised rib on the reverse as a 'finger-pinch' handle. The central motif is uncertain, possibly an arched doorway. A single scribed line separates the motif from the mainly illegible outer inscription that appears to read : S'IOh [ ... ]. The reverse is plain.

A Late to Post-Medieval incomplete cast copper-alloy 'heavy duty' pot-leg, probably dating to c.1400-1700.
Rectangular in plan and sub-triangular in cross-section. Flat angled base with three slightly moulded vertical ridges up to a horizontal transverse collar at mid-point, then plain up to a break at the apex. The reverse is plain and flat.
Height 64.6mm, width 30.5mm, depth 20.4mm, weight 231g.

A cast copper alloy possibly tinned double loop spectacle buckle of around 1550-1650AD. The pin is missing and was likely to be iron as there is evidence of iron oxidisation on the pin axis bar and on one side of the buckle face. At one tapered end of the buckle can be seen 4 decorative grooves. A somewhat similar example can be seen in R. Whitehead 1250-1800 No. 367.

An incomplete Post-Medieval cast copper-alloy dress fastener of Read's Class E Type 3, dating to c.1500-1650.
Sub-oval open-work plate with piercings around the outer edge. An old break at the base probably once formed a hooked arm, with a rectangular attachment loop at the opposite end. The face has moulded decoration of two chevrons with possibly a thistle head or similar above. The reverse is plain and flat and the surface displays an even green patina.

A Post-Medieval incomplete cast copper-alloy dress hook of Read's Class E Type 5 (variant), dating to c.1500-1650.
Sub-triangular semi-openwork central plate with an 'open' loop to each side and a 'closed' loop below, terminating in a incomplete hook arm at the base. Above is a rectangular attachment loop with ornate ropework decoration emanating from the base of it, and coiling around the loops of the central plate. The reverse is plain and flat and the surface displays a reddish-green corroded patina.

A complete probable Early Medieval sword pyramid mount. Although the term 'pyramid' is generally applied to this form of object due to its shape normally being a square pyramid, this example is in the form of a cone. The object is plain and undecorated. It is hollow underneath and at the base there is an integral round sectioned bar running across the centre for attachment to the sword belt. The mount has a mid-green patina.
The mount is 21.2 mm in diameter, 10.7 mm in height, and weighs 6.82 g.

A fragment of a Late Bronze Age copper-alloy gouge (1150 - 800 BC). The gouge consists of a semi-circular shaped blade tip. It is possible that this gouge was socketed, however there is no indication of a socket remaining. The blade is C-shaped in cross-section throughout its length and concave, with the hollow of the blade increasing towards the cutting-edge. The sides of the blade are slightly trapezoidal expanding towards the cutting edge which is rounded. The break is irregular and the reverse of the gouge is rounded.

A Post Medieval crudely cast copper-alloy double looped asymmetrical buckle frame dating to c.1575-1700.
D-shaped cross-section, comprising of a rectangular loop (with a probably unintentional serrated outside edge) and a rounded loop with a slightly projecting knop on the outside edge. Separated by a narrowed central strap bar that is now missing the pin. The face is decorated with moulded pellets around the entire frame with the reverse being plain and flat. The surface is rough, probably unfinished, displaying a green patina.

An incomplete Medieval cast copper alloy horse harness pendant, c.AD 1200-1500
Description: The pendant is quatrefoil in plan with small, very worn triangles projecting between the lobes and a broken integral suspension loop in the form of an off-set plate. In the centre is a decorated square. Around the square is very worn decoration on red enamel depicting a four-legged beast. The reverse of the pendant appears to be undecorated. The surface of the pendant has an abraded dark brown-green patina.
