A complete stone axe of Neolithic date, circa 4000 - 2300 BC. Ground and polished stone axe, oval in section and tapering sharply from the curved cutting edge to the rounded butt end. The dorsal face is flatenned, the ventral surface is curved. The stone is green/grey in colour, flecked with black. It is irregularly worn across it's surface and has four prominent chips missing from the cutting edge. Length: 168mm, width: 64mm, thickness: 39.7mm, weight: 560g

A complete knapped lithic implement of Neolithic date, circa 4000 - 2300 BC. The implement is a scraper, designed to be held between the thumb and forefinger, formed from a secondary flake which is sub-ovate in plan and D-shaped in section. The ventral surface is smooth and displays a striking platform and prominent bulb of percussion. The dorsal surface retains 10% cortex with long, scaled, semi-abrupt retouch to create the scraping edge. A copper-alloy strap fitting from a sword belt hanger from the early Post-Medieval period, dating to the period c.AD 1500 to 1650. It is a single piece frame, sub-triangular in plan and flat-backed. It has a trefoil terminal, with a laterally expanding lobe to each side, and a narrowed waist below. From the waist it expands at a shoulder before tapering. An incomplete copper-alloy pin of Roman date, c.AD 43 - 410. The head of the pin is plano-convex with rounded edges. An integral circular-sectioned shank extends from the base of the head, tapering in width to a broken terminal. The metal has a dark brown patina and is worn. The pin is 13.2mm long, 7.8mm in diameter at the head, 2.6mm in diameter at the shank and weighs 1.8g. Similar pins have been recorded on the PAS database. An incomplete Catholic medal of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1700 - 1800. The remaining medal is semi-circular, though presumably would have been circular or ovate when complete. An incomplete copper-alloy and iron folding knife of Post-Medieval date, circa AD 1700 - 1900.The handle is in the form of a human leg and foot, wearing a boot. It comprises two leg-shaped plates, straight at the upper end and in the form of a booted foot with low heel at the other. The uppermost portion of the leg is slightly recessed, possibly representing the leg projecting from a long boot.
