A slightly incomplete and broken hollow-based arrowhead (length: 22.3mm; width: 19.4mm; thickness: 3.4mm; weight: 1.28g), probably dating between 2500-1400 BC. The arrowhead has been extensively knapped with areas of re-touch along the egdes. One of the barbs is slightly incomplete, but it is difficult to identify whether this is a recent break.Many of these arrowheads appear in Ireland and the distributional evidence suggests that some of those found in Britain were either imports from Ireland or local copies. A complete knapped flint barbed and tanged arrowhead (length: 21.9mm; width: 16mm; thickness: 5mm; weight: 1.09g), dating to the Bronze Age between c2200-900 BC. The arrowhead has been extensively re-touched on the surface, particularly along the edges. The high density areas of barbed and tanged arrowheads are virtually identical to the earlier leaf arrowheads, including areas around Norfolk, the North East coast and around the south west and Oxfordshire. This arrowhead cannot be closely matched to those classified by Green (1980).

A complete sub-cylindrical decorated polychrome glass bead, with flattened ends (diameter: 9.1mm; thickness: 7.7mm; weight: 0.87g), dating to the Early Medieval period, probably 6th-8th century AD. The dark blue/black bead seems to have been splashed with a range of colours after the initial monochrome bead was made, including yellow, red, grey/blue and off-white. The arrowhead has been extensively re-touched along the edges and has a rounded but flat base heading up to a point in a tear-drop shape. This example looks very similar to those classified as Types 1A & 2A in Green, 1980, pages 69-70. The arrowhead is in a good condition.

Two ceramic wheel-thrown rim sherds, dating to the Roman period, probably from the 2nd-4th century AD (thickness ranging from 9.9mm - 10.2mm; collective weight: 22.26g). On the dark brown/ beige sherd, the hard-fired fabric has a gritty surface with frequent small inclusions as well as a small area of original burnishing on the outside. The other sherd has an off-white outer surface with a light grey/ blue fill. This sherd has not been fired as extensively as the other, but it also has a gritty fabric with frequent small inclusions.

A small wheel thrown possible foot ring base and side sherd of Blackware (49.7mm x 43.1mm; thickness: 3.6mm; weight: 14.81g). There is glaze on both sides of the vessel, as well as blistering at one end, with one hole running straight through the fabric, indicating firing at high temperatures. The fabric is rather hard and reddish-grey in colour and has been glazed inside and out with the lead glaze probably drawing iron from the body.
