A complete lead or lead alloy unifaced token of Late Medieval to Early Post Medieval dating (AD 1400 to AD 1800). The token is sub-oval in shape. The obverse depicts a leaf or tree design consisting of a central raised vertical line, with upward angled, diagonal, curved lines from the central line. There is a horizontal line at the base one either side of the central vertical line (Powell Type 17). The reverse is undecorated. The token has a diameter of 23.7 mm and is 2.4 mm thick. A complete cast lead or lead alloy token of the Medieval to Post Medieval period (AD 1400 - AD 1800). The obverse depicts two concentric circles with a raised circular pellet in the centre (Powell Type 31). The reverse is undecorated. The casting sprue is still present as a sub triangular nodule at the top of the token. Diameter: 22.7 mm (including the nodule), 18.4 mm (not including the nodule) Thickness: 2.4 mm Weight: 3.7 g

The item is a three lobed object with a flat, broken horizontal lower edge. The lobes are defined by grooves on the reverse and obverse faces. The central lobe is taller than the lobes either side. At the apex of the side lobes there is a vertical circular hole. One lobe is incomplete and this hole is revealed to travel halfway inside the lobe. The surface of the object is slightly rough, but has developed a patina.
