A Mesolithic (c. 9000 B.C. – c. 4000 B.C.) scraper produced on a secondary flake of mottled grey, patinated flint. There is a distinct bulb of percussion and bulbar scar on the ventral surface with cortex remaining on the proximal lateral edge. Semi-abrupt retouch is present around half the circumference of the scraper at the convex, distal edge. Overall dimensions: 35mm in diameter and 15mm in thickness.

A Neolithic (c. 4000 B.C. – c. 2350 B.C.) combination tool, comprising a backed knife, scraper and a worked point. Manufactured on a secondary flake of un-patinated dark grey flint. The thicker, lateral edge on the dorsal face has the remains of the cortex and has been invasively retouched to blunt it to facilitate handling the tool. The opposing edge, used for cutting, has utilisation wear along its length. The proximal end has the bulb of percussion and has been modified to produce a worked point. A rim sherd of Roman coarseware, possibly from a jar of Black Burnished ware (c. AD 100-410). The fabric is dark brownish-grey to black with a light brownish-grey core and abundant coarse sandy/grit inclusions (<0.4mm). The rim is everted and 7.35mm thick. Part of the body remains beneath the rim. One side of the sherd is clearly burnished. All breaks are worn.   Overall dimensions: 24.32mm in length, 45.02mm in width, 11.64mm in thickness and 12.04g in weight.

A ceramic body sherd from a Severn Valley Ware vessel of uncertain type, dating to the Roman period (c. AD 55-410). Ther sherd is sub-triangular in plan and formed from a soft fabric with a reduced grey colour at its core and a lighter buff orange exterior surface. It has frequent red stone and occasional quartz inclusions (<c.0.3mm) .  Overall dimensions: 21.05mm in length, 14.60mm in width, 6.03mm in thickness and 1.60g in weight.

A fragment of fire-cracked stone or possible 'pot boiler' of unknown exact date. The fragment is roughly pyramidal in shape with a thick and two thinner layers of quartzite between a hard, reddish, fine-grained stone. The thick quartzite layer shows clear cracking caused by heat.  It is possible this stone was used in the heating of large quantities of water or was in the formation of a hearth. A complete rounded, ovate quartzite pebble of probable Mesolithic date (c . 9000 - 4000 BC). One end has considerable surface damage due to the stone being utilised as a hard hammer stone. Found in an area of intense Mesolithic activity that has produced a large quantity of debitage and blade cores along with typical Mesolithic tool types. The overall dimensions are as follows: 56mm in length, 54mm in width, 41mm in thickness and 198g in weight.
