Six clay pipe stems with a small part of the bowl remaining, dating from c. 1720-1820 (average diameter of stem: 8mm; collective weight: 20.23g). Each of these fragments has either a complete, slightly broken or missing spur below where the bowl meets the stem. In most examples, they protrude downwards at a near right angle, ending in a smoothed point. Slightly different spur points may indicate that the pipes were made in local and different production centres (Cleverdon, 1995, 13). An incomplete hollow clay pipe bowl with a small part of the spur and stem still present, dating from c. 1770-1830 (length: 45.2mm; diameter at top of bowl: 23.2mm; width at bottom of bowl: 14.3mm; thickness at top of bowl: 3mm; weight: 9.53g). There is leaf decoration at the joins to either side of the bowl. The artefact is slightly worn but in a fair condition. Made from pipe clay. Made from pipe clay. A complete struck/hammered trade token of the Post Medieval Period, circa AD 1660 - AD 1670. Unknown reverse type, but depicts a C in the field the rest of the depiction is unclear. Unclear as to what the obverse depicts. The Token is dated 166[ ], I make it out to be 1661. Legend has pellet stops. An incomplete copper alloy mount or strap fitting, of Post Medieval dating (AD 1500 to AD 1700). The mount is sub triangular (tear drop) in shape and rectangular in section. The obverse is convex (slightly bowed) with bevelled edges and has a ring and dot decoration on its surface. The reverse is concave and contains two integrally cast attachment spikes. A complete copper alloy dress hook (hooked tag or clasp), of Post Medieval dating (16th to 17th Centuries AD). The tag is broadly oval in plan view and D-shaped in section. The egg-shaped body of the mount is convex in shape with a hollow reverse. The mount is flanked with a round attachment loop on either side, and a third round attachment loop from the bottom centre. A moulded clay pipe bowl and heel, with a short fragment of stem remaining. The bowl is complete, and in profile the bowl leans forwards at c. 35 º. It is a short bowl with convex sides, particularly the lower edge. The only decoration on the bowl is a single incomplete rouletted line bordering the rim of the bowl. A cast copper alloy uniface sub-circular coin weight. The design on the upper surface is possibly that of Archangel Michael spearing a dragon. The weight has an abraded surface and the details of the design is not clear. It measures 16.85mm diameter, 4.19mm thick and weighs 7g. The coin weight is possibly that of an angel which were produced between 1495 and 1588 AD (Biggs, N. 1990 'Coin-Weights in England' British Numismatics Journal Volume 60, pp. 65-79.).

A cast copper alloy double looped strap fitting of probable post-medieval date. It is most likely to be a part of horse furniture, either a strap loop or rein guide. The strap fitting comprises two conjoined but offset sub-oval loops set an angle of 90° to one another. The fitting is separated into three parts, the upper loop, the central conjoining lobe, and the lower loop. A post-medieval to modern gunflint from a flint lock rifle dating to the 16th - 19th centuries. The gunflint is sub-square in plan and appears complete. The flint has been knapped around the edges in order to get the correct shape. The distal edge is thinner (2.6 mm) thickening to 10.21 mm before tapering off again. All of the edges are relatively straight. The flint used is a dark grey in colour.
