It is now largely covered in a heavy off-white patina with small areas of reddish brown ferrous staining, mainly on the flake scar ridges. A flint core. A single platform bladelet core of irregular shape, but tending towards conical. Made from a piece of dark grey pebble flint with a glossy, mottled blue-white patina. There is some abraded iron-stained cortex remaining. The rest of the "conical" surface is covered in multiple converging bladelet removal scars. The flakes have been removed from a single platform.
