A fragment of silver bar with incised decoration at one end. There are breaks at both ends. Both faces are decorated and the main incised divisions continue around the sides of the bar. At the decorated end there is the remnant of a probable suspension loop, flanked at the base by curling, crescent shaped projections. Below this is are two deeply incised transverse lines forming a band with more lightly incised chervron decoration. A fragment of silver bodkin. The object is broken at both ends and has been folded and bent. The shaft tapers to a rounded tip and has a flattened hexagonal cross-section. At the widest end just below the stub of the aperture or "eye", the shaft is decorated on both sides with two horizontal lines above an incised double stranded wavy band with dots in each curve and an incised elongated chevron below with feathered internal edges. An incomplete silver Hair Pin or Bodkin of Post-Medieval date (AD 1600-1700). The object comprises a long, rectangular sectioned, tapering needle-like pin that has been bent slightly. The upper portion of the pin is missing due to an old abraded break. At the uppermost retained portion is an incised transverse line with a series of longitudinal line below of varying lengths. A complete but bent silver bodkin. The bodkin tapers to a point with a circular spoon terminal (an earscoop) at the other end. It has a flat, irregular hexagonal cross section. It is undecorated apart from stamped initials (probably a maker's mark) on one of the flat faces. The initials appear to be S with an incomplete second letter possibly F or H.The earscoop terminal has a shallow sub-circular bowl below which is a an oval panel with a drop-shaped aperture. Silver dress pin of bodkin type, dated to the 17th century. The pin is an elongated oval in shape, tapering to a point at one end and a slightly wider curving edge at the other. The curved edge also features an oval 'eye' hole through the pin, close to the edge. This hole looks to have been extended into the surface of the pin on both faces, though not cutting completely through the pin, creating a chased triangular point extending from the eye hole on both faces.
