A complete copper alloy cast palstave with side loop  and lozenge-shaped flanges. The object has a flared blade with a sub- triangular-shaped depression (on front and back) and a worn central mid-rib below the stop-ridge.   The cutting edge is crescentic and relatively unworn; the blade bevels are well formed and the tips of the blade show little sign of wear or resharpening. An incomplete Post Medieval copper alloy crotal bell, dating to c. AD 1500-1700. Part of the top of the suspension loop is missing due to an old break, with only the two lugs and part of the crossbar remaining. The upper and lower hemisphere of the bell is divided by a prominent rib. The distal edge terminates in a hinge fracture and the sides and proximal end have been worked into scraping edges with short, semi-abrupt sub-parallel retouch. There is a notch at the proximal end next to the striking platform, which most likely derives from post depositional damage.
