A fragment of a copper alloy Post-Medieval vessel, dating to the period c.AD 1500-1900. The fragment comprises the foot, which is broadly rectangular in plan and square in cross section. An integrally cast semi-circular flat surface is present at the upper terminal, with a worn break around its edge where it would have attached to the vessel. Its lower terminal slopes at an angle of 45 degrees to allow the leg to stand flat. A green-brown patina is on the surface..
