A fragment of a copper alloy vessel of probable post-medieval date. It is difficult to be certain if this is a rim or a base fragment. It is possibly a piece of a base from a pedestal footed vessel. It has a curved outer edge with a groove and ridge around the circumference. The vessel is thinned considerably from the edge.

A copper alloy Post-Medieval pot leg, dating to the period c. AD 1500-1700. The leg is broadly triangular in cross section, the inner surface being flat and the outer surface formed of five conjoined convex ribs. The leg terminates downward in a flared, hoof-like foot, now very worn, separated from the leg by a raised collar. The object has a grey-green patina. The leg measures 50.3mm in length, 29.9.mm in width, and 15.2mm in thickness and weighs 93.59g. Post Medieval cast copper alloy foot and part of the leg from a cooking vessel. It is roughly D-shaped in section, with flattened reverse and five ribs running down the convex front. The ribs are evenly spaced with one at each outer side. The rounded foot is separated from the leg by a prominent rounded transverse collar on the front. The ribs on the leg are less prominent. The leg is almost vertical when standing flat on the foot. At the top of the leg is a flat cur rather than a break. A Post Medieval cast copper alloy pot foot with a small remnant of the pot attached, dating to c. AD 1500-1700. The foot is triangular in cross-section, tapering downwards. There are three longitudinal, convex raised ribs running down the front, the central rib protruding further than the others (thus forming the triangular cross-section), and extending further up as it joins the remnant of the pot body. Possibly a cast copper alloy fragment from a two-part handle from a drinking vessel (probably a tankard) of probable post medieval date (cAD1600 to 1800). The fragment consists only of the thumb rest. One end is a square based straight sided flat plate with two holes with the broken copper alloy rivets still in place. Above this, along the straight top edge, is the groove for the thumb rest bar.
