A fragment of a copper alloy Medieval to post Medieval vessel, dating to the period c.AD 1100-1700. The fragment comprises the foot, which is trapezoidal in cross section at the base. The cross section then narrows to become broadly lentoid when the foot extends upwards and narrows in width. A central longitudinal rib is present down the centre of the front.The upper terminal ends in a worn break. A green patina is on the surface, and sooting is present over much of the surface.
