There is no evidence of reduction or sooting. The object has a length of 35.30 mm; with a width of 28.19 mm, and a thickness of 7.59 mm. The object weighs 8.029 grams.

A rim sherd of a earthenware vessel from the early-post-Medieval period. The fabric is orange externally;internally, heavy reduction is evident within the core. The rim is turned in and e there is a single band of thumbed decoration on the outside. The external lead glaze is a light brown with some yellowing. The vessel is probably a storage jar. The height of the vessel is 36.87 mm; with a width of 49.48 mm; and has a thickness of 9.72 mm. The object weighs 21 grams.

A fragmented pottery base sherd from the Medieval period. The fabric is gritty, with well sorted flint/quartz and has evidence of both sooting and reduction to the exterior and pink to the interior. Externally the base flat and is angled as it meets the wall of the pot and suggests a pan type cooking vessel. The length is 110.76 mm;it has a width of 43.94 and a thickness of 6.60 mm. The object weighs 42 grams.

A hard fired base sherd, probably from the Medieval period. The object comprises a small section of the base with attached globular foot. The fabric is gritty with well sorted flint/quartz and appears to have light reduction within the fabric. Externally the colour is pink/grey, and internally it is pink. The breaks appear to have happened in antiquity. The object is 19.18 mm high; with a width of 33.48 mm; and a length of 45.27 mm. The fabric has a thickness 5.97 mm and it weighs 20 grams. It is probably a pipkin type domestic vessel.

A hard fired pottery rim sherd from a domestic vessel of probable medieval date. The fabric is gritty, with well sorted, angular flint/quartz, a buff interior and grey exterior. There is evidence of reduction and possibly sooting to the exterior. The breaks appear to be old,except for the rim, which has retained a sharper edge. The height of the sherd is 39.20 mm; it has a width of 74.81 mm and is 8.28 mm thick. The object weighs 24 grams.

An incomplete medieval copper-alloy zoomorphic spout in the form of a dog's head dating to the period c. AD 1400 - 1500. The spout is from a ewer and exhibits a small section broken off at the base where is would have been attached to the body of the vessel and a small hole in the underside. The mouth of the spout protrudes from the open mouth of the dog's head. It has moulded eyes and stylised ears on either side of the head, the details of which are slightly worn. A saltglaze vessel sherd from a Rhenish flagon of circa AD1530-AD1570. The sherd consists of a male portrait roundel. In Ivor Noel Humes book, If These Pots Could Talk, Page 119 there is a illustration of a Rhenish flagon depicting a benign graybeard mask ("male portrait roundels") and acanthus fronds with a inscription horizontally midway on the pot which reads: FVR EINEN GOTEN DRUVNCK. translates as ( hooray for a good drink) .Height of sherd: 24.03 mm. Width: 22.99 mm. Thickness: 4.15 mm. Weight: 2.840 grams.
