One fragment of very worn and abraded encaustic floor tile. Orangey-red coarse fabric with a top layer of grey reduction. The fabric is folded and has many large stone inclusions (uo to 8 mm). Inlaid white clay decoration. All that can be seen on the fragment is a chevron or part of a lozenge frame and the trace of another decoration (possibly part of a fleur de lys?). The upper surface of the tile is very worn.
