A complete probably Roman copper alloy stud dating to cAD 43 - 410. It appears to be the letter S, but with pointed ends so it may simply be a sinuous shape. It is D shaped in section, hollow backed, with a rectangular lug in centre back, probably shorter than originally. Dimensions: 21.5mm in length;  13.1mm in width;  3.8mm thick;  2.12g in weight Read (2021: 33 and 35) no 198 is very similar. He suggests his example, from South Wiltshire, dates to the Roman period.

An incomplete Roman copper alloy Colchester derivative brooch, only missing its hinged pin, dating to cAD50 - 150. It has long, elaborately decorated wings, their span almost matching the length of the whole brooch. An incomplete Roman copper alloy strip brooch, dating to c. AD 40-50. Mackreth DURO type 5b. The brooch comprises the head, bow, and most of the catchplate. The pin is missing. The remainder of the brooch is formed of a single flat strip which splays out towards the rounded bottom. A Roman incomplete copper alloy Hod Hill brooch dating to AD 43-75.  The brooch is incomplete and it is missing its pin and the lower section of the bow.  At the head of the brooch, there is a cylinder which is rolled forward to hold the pin retaining axis bar and in the centre a split where the pin would have fitted.  Below the head, there is a narrow neck with a raised transverse rib and beneath this, the upper bow gradually flares out before expanding more sharply.  The expanded section appears to be damaged and although there is no evidence remaining, may origin…
