Damaged remains of a flint tool, probably a knife of Neolithic to Bronze age date. The piece is leaf shaped but much larger than an arrowhead. The outline appears mainly complete but breaks on both faces mean the extent of original retouch and exact form of the edges is unclear. A small amount of cortext (c.10% of the face) remains near the point on one face which may indicate it is unfinished and broke during production. An incomplete Roman copper alloy plate brooch. A symmetrical continental plate brooch with zoomorphic decoration dating to the 1st to 2nd Century AD . There are faint traces of red enamel remaining. Cast copper alloy mount, hexagonal and flat, with a large off-centre rivet hole 3.7 mm in diameter. The hexagon is not regular; two parallel and opposite sides are longer than the others, making it 19.64mm long but only 12.41mm wide. At the shorter ends, one angled corner is longer then the other, making the angle more acute; the rivet hole is placed where the centre would be if the hexagon was regular and both angles less acute. Incomplete cast copper alloy buckle with forked spacer. Oval, lipped and notched frame. Copper alloy wire pin. The forked spacer consists of two 'prongs' which extend from the back of the frame and are roughly filed to provide a key when soldered to the composite double sheet copper alloy plates which are now missing. Most of the tinning still survives on the surface of the buckle frame. Whitehead (1996) illustrates a similar example on page 36, no.214, which is dated from c.1350-1450.

Incomplete copper alloy composite buckle with a D-shaped frame, that has been drilled for a separate pin bar, and an integral folded sheet copper alloy plate with one rivet. The copper alloy pin bar was inserted into the frame through two holes at the open end of the frame and then the ends were hammered into place. The bar is worn where it touches the inside edge of the plate in the area cut away from the plate to allow the pin to loop around the spindle. An incomplete Late Iron age or Roman copper alloy T-shaped applied hook brooch, probably dating to c. AD 25-100. The surviving fragment comprises of the head of the bow, wings and partial pin, the lower bow being lost. The cylindrical wings expand transversely from the head of the brooch, these retaining a copper alloy axis bar in situ and with a slot cut into the reverse to accomodate a hinged pin, the latter, also of copper alloy, partially survives. The plate is sub-rectangular; it has broken perhaps halfway along the object, based on its engraved design, with a ragged, old break. The terminal has bevelled corners, with angled cuts.
