Oval enamelled plate brooch with a recess for a paste intaglio. Flat outer band framing a concentric band of enamel (traces of red remain). This in turn frames a concentric band of copper alloy around the recessed setting at the centre. The back is flat and undecorated. Here there is a hinge point for the missing pin and the remnants of a catchplate opposite on the long axis of the oval.

Copper alloy T-shaped/tapering bow brooch. Broken chain loop at the head. Tubular wings housing an iron axis bar for the copper alloy hinged pin (looped end only survives). Head is a rectangular, longitudinal panel decorated with triangular and lozenge recesses for enamel (wide triangle at the top and bottom with two lozenge recesses between). At the base of this panel is a transverse moulded ridge. Below this is a large "acanthus" style knob. Below is the leg with two transverse ridges at the top. Copper alloy and enamel disc cut down from a larger object. Sub-circular disc with fields of champlevĂ© enamel in opaque yellow. It has six discrete elements which form a knot style design against a paler, pinkish enamel background (this may have originally been red). There is a small attachment hole near the edge. Copper alloy Hod Hill brooch. The axis bar for the missing hinged pin (only stub remains) is housed in short folded wings. The head constricts sharply from the wings and flares out again into the bow. The upper part of the bow is tapering and fluted. Part way down is a rib and groove cross moulding dividing the upper bow from the leg. The leg is lozenge shaped and decorated with stamped dots. At the base is a projecting foot. AT the back is a large catchplate extending form the cross moulding to the foot.
