The flint is dark/ black in colour with 20% light patination. It has two tiny areas of coretex on the elft dorsal edge.
Both right and left dorsal and the distal dorsal edges have light working. There is additional working on the right ventral edge.
Measures 31.1x26.6x8.7mm and weighs 8.52g.

The flint is dark brown in colour with c.5% light patination and a large patch of grey occupying most of the ventral face. It also has c.10& very heavy patination in one place on the dorsal face.
The flint has been broken along the the left dorsal edge, which gives the scraper a peculiar shape. The proximal end as a result if the widest point and has been worked. The right dorsal edge comes out to a point, its edge worked right the way along. The dorsal distal end has a slight shall…

The flint is dark brown in colour with c.40% heavy patination in clustered spots. It has 10% coretex on the upper left dorsal edge.
The right dorsal edge has been worked and the distal end is a point. Just to the left of it is a tiny notch.
In profile the flint in an elongated C. Possibly an awl/ pointer or for cutting along the right distal edge.

Both right and left dorsal edges (with additional working on right and left ventral edges) have been worked, particularly towards the distal end, which is a point.
In profile the flint has a slight overhang at the distal end. It is triangular in shape, being widest at the proximal end.

The scraper is a little lop-sided, with a wide thick edge, steeply worked, on the upper left dorsal edge, and to a lesser extent on the dorsal distal end. The upper right distal edge has also been worked.

A piece of flint debitage of Mesolithic to Neolithic date (c. 7000 - 3500 BC) in the form of a blade. The blade is struck off a tertiary flake and retains none of its original cortex. The dorsal surface exhibits five parallel negative flake scars from previous blade removal and a step termination at the distal end. The ventral surface exhibits a small, low bulb of percussion and tightly spaced conchoidal ripple marks. There is no evidence of retouch. The blade has been recorticated due to long term burial in a chalk environment, and is white-grey in colour.
