A complete copper alloy trapezoidal double-looped buckle with an integral centre bar and a separately applied pin. A medieval quatrefoil cast copper alloy book mount . The book fitting has a central circular conical boss with a flattened top and stepped lower part of two steps which sits on a square base. The back of the base is hollow in the centre under the boss. From the base projects four arms, one from the centre of each side. The short arms have a fleur-de-lis terminals each with a circular rivet hole in the centre. The entire piece is 44.2mm by 44.7mm and 7.7mm thick; it weighs 19.76g. An incomplete cast copper alloy strap-end of early-medieval date of Thomas Class B. The object is broadly rectangular with parallel sides and a zoomorphic terminal with rounded edges and corners that is sub-rectangular in cross section. The strap end has divided down the slit between the back and front plate with the front plate mostly missing and the attachment end of the back plate also lost to a patinated break. Part of a complete copper alloy knife handle and the iron knife tang of post-medieval date, circa AD 1756 - 1763.The handle is comprised of two sub-rectangular strips of metal each broken at one end, one currently longer than the other. The missing end would have been the terminal of the handle, the remaining end would have been where the handle met the blade. A broken copper alloy brooch dating an Early Medieval date. It is elongate and is decorated with an interlace design of seven cells containing a spiral pattern within an outer border. On the reverse are the stubs of the lug to hold the hinged pin at one end and the catchplate at the other, the pin is missing. The brooch is broken in two. Date: c.410 - 1066. Dimensions: 56.69 mm x 9.48 mm 8.10 mm. Weight: 6.58 g.

An incomplete post-medieval copper alloy book clasp, probably dating to c. 1500-1650. The front plate of the clasp survives. It is rectangular in shape, narrowing to a slimmer rectangle, before flaring to an elaborate terminal which is triangular in shape, with four triangular notches placed in two pairs on the terminal end.
