A copper-alloy Roman nummus or base silver unit (pseudo-argenteus) of Constantine I (AD 307-337), possibly dating to the period c.AD 310-313 (Reece period 15). IOVI CONSERVATORI AVG reverse type depicting an Eagle standing right, head left, on a wavy line carrying the Emperor or Jupiter who holds a thunderbolt and transverse sceptre. This coin is probably a contemporary copy combining an obverse of Constantine I with a reverse type proper to Licinius from the mint of Trier. cf. RIC VI, p. 224, no. 825; RIC VII, p. 182, nos. 210–212 for the reverse type.
