A perforated lead-alloy object which is probably a weight. The object is sub-cuboidal, has a circular perforation, presumably at the top, and tapers towards the bottom, both in width and thickness. The object appears to have been manufactured from sheet lead alloy and has a greyish matt-white patina.The object appears to be plain on both sides. Length 32.35 mm. Width top 11.85 mm. Base 8.41 mm. Thickness Top 4.10 mm. Base 2.67 mm. Aperture 4.55 mm. Weight 9.362 grams.

A crude lead-alloy weight of probable medieval to early post-medieval date. The sub-discoidal weight appears to havebeen mis-cast and has no aperture. there are four indentations to the top and it is possible that this is where a attachment loop was possibly intended. Alternatively it may be a unofficial standing weight.The weight has a heavy glossy off-white patina with patches of grey where recent scraping has occurred. Diameter c.28.68 mm. Height 19.65 mm. Weight 103 grams.

A late post-medieval/ modern circular lead weight measuring 16.7mm in diameter, 8.4mm in thickness and weighing 16.28g. It has damage in several places to the high sides, which in turn has caused damage to both faces. One face reads RIPPINGIL[...] around the top, the lettering around the bottom is lost due to wear. The other face reads [RI]PPINGILL[E]'S around the top and PA[...]T. around the bottom. There are three verification marks, a sword, a crowned G and a ewer. The weight measures 24.99mm in diameter, 4.92mm in thickness and weighs 13.37g.

A probable weight made re-using a copper alloy staff terminal by filling it with lead. An openwork discoidal staff terminall encasing a lead core. The terminal has a openwork interlace band around the edge and an ornate openwork panel on the opposing faces. The edge band is an interlace of two strands, decorated with an incised groove. There is a break in the band where there is an area of iron corrosion on the lead infill, perhaps from an iron suspension for attachment to a steelyard arm. A cylindrical lead weight.The weight tapers slightly from bottom to top. There are indistinct designs on the top and bottom faces. The top face is slightly concave and has traces of a circle with a fleur de lys inside it and a cross on the top. This design appears to have been stamped on to the weight. A Lead weight of unknown date, c. AD 1200-1850. The weight is circular in plan and flat in cross section, with the upper face having a rounded edge. The weight is marked with a central, small, equal armed cross which stands slightly proud of the incuse circular field that it sits within. The cross is surrounded by four pellets, with one in each corner but all outside of the field. The reverse is plain. Dimensions: diameter 36.8mm; thickness 6.7mm; weight 41.14g.

On the domed top of the weight there are four punched sub-circular indentations which are roughly in line and may have been significant to the owner. The underside is roughly finished with indentations and a possible mark. The object has a dull grey patina. It has a diameter of 46.02 mm, is 17.29 mm thick and weighs 212 grams.

The front face is stamped with a crowned C at 10 o'clock, a sword pointing upwards at 11 o'clock, a capital letter A at 1 o'clock, and a ewer at 6 o'clock.
