The front of the leg is decorated with five parallel longitudinal ribs with the central one being slightl wider than the others. The foot is rounded and asymmetrical from wear. A copper alloy pot leg dating to c.1400-1450. The object comprises a semi-cylindrical leg or foot with the curved vessel base at one end and a flat end on which the foot would have rested. Running down the outside of the leg are five moulded vertical ridges with deep grooves between them.
