The die from a cast silver seal matrix of post-medieval date. The seal measures 15.6mm by 11.9mm by 5.1mm and weighs 2.2g. The die is oval with a conical reverse which has eight slight facets. The handle has broken off. The die, which is slightly damaged, features an elaborate bird.

A cast copper alloy seal matrix of probable seventeenth century date. The seal matrix measures 23.7mm by 15.3mm by 14mm and weighs 4g. The oval die features the initials R I, which are separated by a branch. The handle, which has been bent out of shape, has a trefoil-shaped knop with a perforation in each lobe. The upper perforation may have been used for suspension. Several similar seal matrices feature in Read's 'Metal Artefacts of Antiquity' (2001, p. 81, nos. 619, 620 and 622).

A copper-alloy double sided matrix or punch. The object is oval in plan, measuring 18.64 mm long and 16.09 mm wide. It is 4.06 mm thick and weighs 4.7 grams. The design appears to be moulded, and one side bears the bust of a bearded man facing right in hollow relief. The other side of the matrix depicts a dove in flight facing right holding an olive branch in its beak, above what appear to be flowers. A silver seal matrix dating to the late 18th century, c.1775 AD. The handle of the matrix is hollow, oval and conical with a large suspension loop at the top. The loop is flat with an octagonal outer edge and a circular hole. The conical handle is decorated with concentric bands and has a longitudinal seam at one side.
