A part of a pair of Post Medieval scissors. One half of the handles comprosing a single finger-loop offset from the arm which ends in a broken angled hinge. The arm is highly decorated, with three square-section bosses decorated with grooves top and bottom and with incised line decoration (cross-hatching on the middle boss, an asterisk on the upper boss and probably foliar pattern on the lower boss) on the upper and lower faces.
