A complete cast lead alloy late medieval pilgrim badge depicting Saint Giles, probably dating to c. AD 1200-1300. The badge consists of a rectangular plate with a sub-circular sewing loop projecting from each corner. A further large sub-circular projection at one short end accomodates the halo'd head of the saint, who is depicted standing, bearded and tonsured with his head within a beaded halo.
