A cast copper-alloy hooked mount, generally described as a harness hook, with a zoomorphic terminal. At the top is a large conical stop from the base of which protrudes a long D-sectioned integral hook which curves forward at the tip. The stop is thicker than the hook and has a sub-circular cross-section. It is shallowly faceted, and tapers to a zoomorphic terminal. The animal head has moulded snout-like nose and jaws, the mouth being open, and long obliquely angled ears at the sides. The eyes are indicated by low angled brows.
